Wow almost missed writing this post!!  eek.

Monday:

AM: Insanity | 237 Calories
PM: Weight training | 186 Calories
 

Tuesday:

Rest Day

Wednesday:

PM: Ran 3.1 miles | 386 Calories

Thursday:

Ran 5 miles | 629 Calories

Friday:

Rest Day

Saturday:

AM: 7 Miles | 882 Calories 
Yah!!  We did this entire run on the treadmill!!  It’s just waaay too hot.  Technically this is a PDR because its the longest distance I’ve ever run (while trapped) on a treadmill!  It was nice because it was air-conditioned and I was able to entertain myself w/ HGTV.

2320 Calories Burned
Beers Drank:  LOTS!!!  Waaay too much socializing this week! (is that really possible?)

Next week?  Regroup, Refocus, Revamp!!
